Mission Tasks

In compliance with schedules, programs and costs, to ensure the development of offshore, onshore and drilling facilities through the co-ordination with the requirments of the Businees Units

 

Professional Skills

1) To prepare basic technical specifications relating to modification/enhancement activities of all offshore, onshore and drilling facilities. 2) To assist in the engineering/design activities involved in the above modifications. 3) To prepare specifications for the purchase of materials/equipment. 4) To evalute performaces of proposed equipment 5) To prepare specifications for the execution of works on site. 6) To supervise and monitor construction/installation activities on site. 7) To monitor testing stages. 8) To support PM in the control of the Project ( cost, schedule, quality QA/QC , HSE )

Mission Tasks

Plan, co-ordinate and control the management of new assets projects to ensure completion in accordance with design requirements, within time and cost constraints. Ensure the observance of quality and safety procedures and practices.

 

Professional Skills

1) Preview the contract both the technical and commercial aspects are evaluated. 2) Define the project team, discussing with relevant responsible persons the resources available/required for the project. 3) Identify effort required by Company to produce the required results. Request of verification of in house capabilities and verify potentiality for external support. Define list of procurement actions in term of resources and equipment. 4) Define level of planning required in respect of project duration and complexity. Support planning engineer to define a skeleton of critical activities and milestones with particular attention to contractual deadlines. Until project completion supply all the information to planning engineer required to keep track of the project progress. 5) Verify commercial budget and identify area of concern. Set the requirement for monitoring the cost and invoicing. 6) Transfer the information of project planning to cost control. Until project completion gather all the information required to keep track of the project cost and updating the forecast. Verify forecast budget and identify area of concern. 7) Garantee quality assurance and quality control. Issue request for quality documentation and resources as required. 8) Garantee the project safety. Issue request for safety documentation and resources as required. 9) Verify agreements with other Group Companies set up during contract structure review, solve potential schedule conflicts and logistic problems, appoint responsible persons, communicate to asset development department the agreement obtained. 10) Dispose of equipment, services and materials as procured by procurement and suppliers. 11) Finalise logistic for project start. 12) Define requirements for subcontractor work including quality assurance, progress monitoring, site query resolution. Verify that specifications, criteria and deadlines are met through the support of Quality department. 13) Verify supplier material take off in respect of contract requirements. Control quality of delivered items and delivery schedule. 14) Provide logistic support to mobilise and use delivered materials in respect to operation schedule. 15) Co-ordinate logistic activities. Anticipate operational requirements to guarantee a continuos flow of operations. 16) Activate site facilities. 17) Request engineering support to operations due to changes in scope of work. Request material and equipment in order to complete operations.
