Mission Tasks

Plans, co-ordinates and controls all engineering activities related to pre-commissioning & commissioning activities. Plans and co-ordinates of pre-commissioning and commissioning personnel.

 

Professional Skills

Report to the Hydrotesting Lead or to the Project (PM or PE). Plans, co-ordinates, controls and prepares specifications, procedure for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on all allocated projects including the proper selection of equipment, instrumentation, consumables. Perform precommissioning activities on site both on offshore-onshore facilities or on installation vessels. Lead the team of assistents or foreman in exploiting the procedure prepared for the project. Plans, co-ordinates, controls and prepare all technical and commercial proposals for precommissioning and commissioning activities. Attend meetings with Client regarding problems arising from pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. The activity cover both the project and the bid assistance requests.

Plans, co-ordinates, controls and prepares specifications, procedure for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on all allocated projects including the proper selection of equipment, instrumentation, consumables and personnel (if any). Perform critical precommissioning activities on site both on offshore-onshore facilities or on installation vessels. Lead the hydrotesting engineers and the team of assistents or foreman in exploiting the procedure prepared for the project. Maintain close links with all projects. Control the allocations and movements of personnel requirements for pre-commissioning and commissioning on all projects. Controls and co-ordinates all instrumentation requirements with relative new investments, if requested. Attend meetings with Client regarding problems arising from pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Perform training courses for technical staff, including the preparation of the relative letterature materials. The activity cover both the project and the bid assistance requests.
