Fabrication Operations Manager

 

Mission Tasks

In accordance with specific companies and relevant Business Unit policies, supervises and guarantees the correct development of the projects carried out in the Fabrication Yard.

 

Professional Skills

1) As regards projects being carried out, ensure availability of technical, human and functional resources utilisation programmes. 2) Ensures interface between the Projects and the Business Unit. 3) Ensures that quality and time requirements are observed by the projects and the sub-contractors involved in carrying out the project. 4) Maintains optimal relationships with the client within the framework of the defined contract. 5) Ensures that project technical documentation is kept. 6) Controls that the progress of the project is respected in terms of costs and times.

 
 

Fabrication Production Manager

 

Mission Tasks

Co-ordinates planning, programming and carrying out of construction projects, guaranteeing optimised technical and economic results and ensuring observance of HSE standards and procedures.

 

Professional Skills

1) Co-ordinates planning, programming and carrying out of all construction related activities, guaranteeing optimised technical and economic results and ensuring observance of HSE standards and procedures. 2) Supervises co-ordination of job order performance activities, guaranteeing the fulfilment of contractual commitments, achievement of objectives as regards times, quality and safety and the attainment of the best technical and economic results. 3) Ensures, during the carrying out of the production activities, the optimal management of relationships with clients within the framework of the defined contract. 4) Ensures that production activities are carried out with full respect of group and project specific quality and HSE procedures. 5) Supervises the definition of standards and tools in order to set up the yard production control system. 6) Liaises with procurement department with regard to their interface with production activities. 7) Supervises project support activities: engineering, planning and cost control. 8) Supervises the development of working technologies and methodologies in activities of interest to the company and investments. 9) Increases management involvement in managing and driving safety performance. 10) Guarantees professional growth in terms of knowledge dissemination to the subordinate. 11) Reinforces supervisory role in safety accountability. 12) Interfaces with other EPC actors (engineering, procurement, commissioning/hook up).
