Mission Tasks

To co-ordinate Project AUT/NDT activities on site in compliance with stipulated deadlines, quality, costs and safety procedures

 

Professional Skills

AUT supervisor shall have extensive experience in the operation of AUT/NDT systems and the interpretation of data acquired. His tasks are: - Verification of the equipment on site; - Verification of the availability on site of spare parts/consumables; - Preparation and optimization of set-up of equipment; - Performance of AUT verification/qualifications (in the workshop or on-site); - Management of AUT team; - Ensure that all NDT activities are in compliance with the approved procedures; - Ability to troubleshoot the equipment and replace components if necessary; - Interface with the NDT Co-ordinator, QC Supervisor and Client representative on-site.

Welding Supervisor

 

Mission Tasks

To supervise project welding activities on site in compliance with stipulated deadlines, quality, costs and safety procedures

 

Professional Skills

- Development of welding procedures; - Co-ordination, with the Welding Co-ordinator (WCO), of the welding procedure qualification activities; - Verification of the welding equipment before production; - Supervision of any pre-fabrication activity and the work during the execution of a project; - Co-operation with the Welding Co-ordinator (WCO) to carry out the preliminary tests in the welding workshop, optimising procedures and equipment to reach the quality and productivity targets; - Co-ordination on site of the selection, training and qualification of welders and liasing with the Client representative when the WCO is not in place; - Co-ordination of welder/operator training activities; - Collection and supplying of welding quality statistics to the Welding Department.
